What this policy covers
This page explains what data Aviatorrr collects from visitors to aviatorrr.com, why, and what choices are available. It doesn’t cover the privacy practices of third-party betting platforms linked from this site — each operator has its own policy, and that applies once a reader leaves aviatorrr.com.
Analytics
Aviatorrr uses website analytics to understand which articles are read and how visitors navigate the site. This collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location at country or region level, device type and referring site. It does not collect names, phone numbers or M-Pesa details — the site has no login system and no payment forms of its own.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies to support basic functionality and analytics. No cookie set by this site is used to fill in a payment form or store financial information, since none exists here. A browser can be set to block or clear cookies at any time; doing so may affect features like remembered preferences but won’t prevent access to any article.
Contact and correction forms
If a reader emails the address on the contact page, that email address and message content are kept only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry or resolve a correction, and aren’t added to any marketing list.
Affiliate links

Clicking one may pass a referral identifier to that operator so a resulting commission can be tracked — this happens on the operator’s platform, not through data collected by Aviatorrr itself. What isn’t collected here
Aviatorrr does not process M-Pesa transactions, does not collect national ID or KYC documents, and does not store betting account credentials. Any data of that kind belongs entirely to the betting platform a reader chooses to use, governed by that platform’s own privacy policy.
A reader’s rights over their data
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, a visitor can request to know what personal data (such as an email sent via the contact form) is held about them, and can request it be corrected or deleted. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site’s tools or features change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective description; there’s no separate notification list to subscribe to.
